Hyper-personalized career intelligence
The first hyper-personalized career intelligence platform. Mettlespark reads the live job market against your CV, goals and time, then shows the roles you match, the skills to close the gap, a plan to get there, and the original postings to apply to. Built to put job seekers, coaches and institutions in control.
The market moves. Your plan should too.
How it works
From the live job market to your next move, in five layers that update every day for each role you track.
Pick the roles, places and seniority you're aiming for. Mettlespark watches that slice of the market for you.
Every posting in your market becomes structured data: skills, seniority, pay, work arrangement and more, with duplicates merged. It powers everything else you see.
See which skills and job titles are rising or fading, month by month and since 2021, and which skills employers ask for together.
Compare your CV with what employers ask for, weighted by demand, and get open roles ranked by how well you fit them.
A week-by-week plan for the skills you're missing, sized to the hours you have. Each step links to free, open learning resources we've curated (docs, tutorials and open courses from their original authors), with a project to prove each skill.
Hyper-personalized
Mettlespark is the first hyper-personalized career platform built around one person at a time. It starts from you: your CV, your target role and level, the hours you have each week, the roles you save and the applications you send. Everything adapts as you do.
Built from your exact gaps and the hours you can give, ranked by what employers ask for most, and kept to twelve months so it stays doable. Each week says what you'll be able to do by the end of it, and ticking a skill off updates your fit on the spot.
Every opening scored against your CV, and ranked by how well you match and how much it resembles the roles you've saved. The more you use it, the better it knows what you want.
Mettlespark AI finds the best videos, books, research papers and guides for every lesson in your plan, matched to where you're starting from.
Topics re-ranked by the jobs you've saved, research on how those companies interview, and practice answers you can say out loud and hear back, with feedback on each.
Share the link to a job posting. Mettlespark AI reads it, researches how that company interviews, and prepares likely questions with how to answer them, the strengths to lead with, the gaps to address and a plan for the days before.
Knowledge games on your own gaps that get harder as you improve, through five tiers per skill, and bring back the questions you missed. A new 3D buddy cheers you on each day.
Track the roles you apply to and what comes back. Mettlespark shows which CV and which skills get you interviews, and points your plan at them.
Which skill to learn next, whether you're ready for senior roles, how to negotiate an offer. Mettlespark AI answers using your profile, your plan and the market for your role, and stays honest about what it doesn't know.
Mettlespark AI reads your CV the way a recruiter would: it catches skills written in your own words, skips false matches, and shows the line that proves each skill. Every skill it lists is backed by your CV.

Who it's for
Whether you're starting out, starting over or moving up, the question is the same: what does the market want, and how do I get there?

Find what carries over from the work you've done, and the shortest route to what doesn't.
Spend the time on the skills that are rising now, not the ones that were in demand last year.
See what separates senior postings from mid-level ones, skill by skill, and close the difference.

Questions
Mettlespark AI powers the Forge and Guild features that read and research for you: briefs of what employers want, answers about your career, personalized learning plans, interview research and prep for a specific job, and reading the skills in your CV. It works from your profile and the market data, shows its sources when it researches the web, and sticks to career topics.
Yes. Spark is free for one target role, with a weekly market read, a CV comparison each month and a starter learning plan. No credit card is needed.
Your CV is used only to build your skill profile. On Forge and Guild you can choose to have Mettlespark AI read it, for more accurate skills. It is never shared with employers or other users, and you can delete it, and everything derived from it, at any time.
Mettlespark collects public postings from job boards and company career sites every day, then applies content deduplication and resolution so each opening counts once.
Missing skills are ranked by how often employers ask for them and how fast demand is rising, ordered so prerequisites come first, and sized to the hours you have each week. Each block ends with a practical project you can build.
Mettlespark starts with data, AI and software roles such as machine learning engineer, data scientist, data engineer, AI engineer and software engineer, and is expanding to more industries.
Each posting is read for the skills, tools and subjects it asks for. Synonyms are merged, so scikit-learn and sklearn count as one skill, and each skill's share is the percentage of postings in your target that mention it.
Market trends go back to 2021, built from archived public job postings alongside the postings collected every day since.
